Bonsai

Forward Facing Web uses Bonsai as a client relationship and business management platform.

Information you submit through certain forms may be collected and stored through Bonsai. We may also use Bonsai to manage communications, client records, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, and other information related to our business relationship with you.

Clients may use their email address to access features of the Bonsai client portal, including project information, documents, invoices, and communications.

Forward Facing Web does not sell or rent personal information collected through Bonsai. We also do not provide this information to advertising or remarketing services for their marketing purposes.

Personal information stored through Bonsai is used by Forward Facing Web only as reasonably necessary to communicate with prospective or existing clients, administer our business relationship, and provide requested services, except where another use or disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Bonsai is a third-party service provider and processes information using its own infrastructure and service providers. Information handled through Bonsai may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the jurisdictions in which it is processed.

Website Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused website analytics service, to understand how visitors use our website.

Fathom may provide us with aggregated information such as:

  • Pages visited;
  • Website traffic and usage statistics;
  • Referral sources;
  • Approximate geographic information, such as country, region, or city;
  • Browser and operating system information; and
  • Device type.

Fathom does not use cookies for its website analytics. Fathom briefly processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser user-agent information in order to provide its analytics service, but this information is not presented to us as information that identifies individual visitors.
